The classic salad on our Baguette classique. Tuna in a sherry vinaigrette, garnished with shallots, capers, cornichons, egg and Niçoise olives, and our house-roasted tomatoes.
Whole Rye
A hearty loaf, made from organic pumpernickel rye, that pairs well with soft as well as hard cheeses. Displayed here with the Tomme de Savoie and a glass of Oratoire St Martin, a red Côtes Du Rhone. Both the cheese and the wine are sold at our bakery. This bread is the traditional accompaniment to raw oysters in Brittany.

The Rosemary Baguette
This small baguette makes a perfect summer sandwich. Try it with your favorite French cheese (available in our café) and new spring greens from the Farmers Market. Or top with thinly sliced barbecued meat and roasted shallots. But if you are in a hurry, dip it in olive oil and enjoy au naturel!
